Refund policy

Returns
Our return policy lasts 90 days. After 90 days have passed since your purchase date, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange unless you purchased the extended warranty.

To be eligible for an exchange or refund, your item must be returned in good condition unless our customer service representative waives the need to return the item which may occur under certain conditions.

To complete your return, we require your order number.  If you need to exchange an item for the same item, send us an email at support@nutritrack.com and send the item to: NutriTrack, LLC, 173 Marsh LNDG, Boone NC 28607, United States. 

Refunds 
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Refunds typically take 4-5 banking days to appear in your account. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund within 10 days of returning, please contact us at support@nutritrack.com.
